RPHF KIds 2-3 days a week

6-10/ 11-16 years old learn the basics of RPHFit. Warm up with games. Skill and strength portion, followed by Conditioning. Cool down with active stretches.

RPHFIT month to month $180

Our Main group class. High Intensity workouts. Our workouts are combinations of gymnastics, Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, Traditional Conditioning exercises plus cardio machines. All lead by a Certified trainer. All Classes cap'd at 16 members. All classes are 60 min.
